  The Start of Chef K

I loved cooking ever since I was young it just brought a sense of delight to me when people enjoyed my creations. I was about 10 when me and my sister would create all type of dishes for our family adding everything but the kitchen sink to the recipe and they loved every dish (well most of them lol). My grandmother’s show us how to make many soulful dishes that touched both my southern and hispanic roots. Yet don’t get it twisted we loved Italian food too. My sister would get bored after awhile in the kitchen but I would always continue to watch and learn, always helping especially on thanksgiving because I knew it would be something special and the family would be over to enjoy the amazing display of love from the stove.

I always knew this was My creative outlet, My Passion, My Drive, and My Motivation.
